一番の特徴は、evernoteとの同期ができる点。
同期のスピードはかなり速いです。
シェアしないデータ、業務日誌に使うことにします。

こちらは、もっと高機能です。
evernoteなどとの連携はできないので、バックアップに難はありますが、Facebook、Twitterへのシェアが簡単にできるので運用でカバーできるでしょう。
